KY Baby Shower

Tim and I got to enjoy going to KY two weekends ago for Anna's wedding and my baby shower! It was so much fun. My Mom and MawMaw put a lot of work into the baby shower. It was a Ducky Theme. I got a lot of nice presents! Lil' Rohan is going to be spoiled. Here's some proof.

Football anyone?

I am currently 26 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Rohan has become active. We're setting here watching football (Cowboys vs. Washington) and he thinks I'm the football. I wouldn't have it any other way though.

My baby shower in KY is a week from today! Mom is getting everything ready. Tim and I will be driving in from KS on Friday, attending Anna's wedding on Saturday, and then going to church, the baby shower, and driving back to KS on Sunday. Please keep us in your prayers this upcoming weekend. (I'll put up pictures sometime after the shower.)

On another note, I have my 2nd pediatric nursing test tomorrow afternoon from 1-3 p.m. I have been studying yesterday, today and plan on rereading my powerpoints tomorrow morning. Please say a prayer for me tomorrow. I really want/need an A on this test. I'm just praying that God will help bring the answers I've studied for to my mind and give me peace for this test. Thanks everyone! I'm gonna hit the sack!.

Lazy Autumn Sunday!

Hey guys! So today in KC, the high is 83 F. Right now it's only 74 and it's feeling wonderful! I'm waiting for Tim to get back from KY, where he's been helping out for the past three days!

This morning I was thinking, why don't I have a lazy day? With the baby on the way, school, and helping Tim at the gas station, there is rarely a morning I'm not out of bed by 0730 and outta the house by 0900. Sometimes even before that. This may be my last chance to sleep in until 1000 and just lay around the house. I haven't even gotten ready yet. Me and Ladybug are just chillin' today!
